Want to update an image? It’s simple! Just hover over any image on your website and click the Change Image button. You can upload your own images or choose from millions of stock photos. Any images you upload will be saved in your Media Library, making it easy to reuse them elsewhere on your website.

The floating menu on the right makes it easy to manage items within each section—you can adjust the layout, move sections up or down, or delete them. If the menu overlaps with text you're editing, you can click "hide menu" to temporarily remove it from view.

1. PAYMENT TERMS:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure the booking. This will be applied toward the total balance.
Remaining Balance: The balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the wedding date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by this time may result in cancellation of services.
Payment Methods: Payments may be made via bank transfer or cash. Additional charges may apply for parking, tolls, or other incidental fees and will be invoiced separately.
Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please notify me immediately during the appointment so that I may have the opportunity to address and resolve the issue. Once the appointment has ended, no refunds will be offered.
Overnight Stays: If an overnight stay is required, the Bride will cover accommodation expenses, including any associated costs (e.g., meals, transportation).


2. TRIALS:
Booking Your Trial: The bride’s trial is paid for when the booking fee is secured. Other party members' trials will be paid directly to the stylist on the day of their trial.
Trial Cancellation: If a trial session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the full trial fee will be charged. Any re-scheduling of trials must be booked and paid for as a new session.
Additional Trial Requests: If any bridal party members wish to book a trial, the cost must be confirmed with Viv Woodford Hair and paid directly on the day of the trial. Please ensure an appointment is booked for them.
Trial Timing: Trials are usually booked 2-3 months before your wedding. Weekend trials in peak seasons are limited and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.


3. TIMINGS AND SCHEDULE:
Timeliness: The Bride should be in her dress at least 40-50 minutes before the ceremony time. If any members of the bridal party are delayed, Viv Woodford Hair is not responsible for any missed or incomplete services.
Changes to Schedule: Any changes to the schedule must be communicated promptly to the Stylist, any specifications (i.e. one party member won’t be arriving until a certain time) should ideally be mentioned in the trial.
It is crucial that the timeline and scheduled times are adhered to for the smooth flow of services. Any delays, such as transport issues or bridal party members being unavailable, must be communicated immediately. The Stylist is not responsible for incomplete services due to late arrivals.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO BOOKING:
Cancellations by the Bride:

·       Cancellations made 6 months or more before the wedding: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

·       Cancellations made 8 weeks or more before the wedding: 50% of the total fee will be charged.

·       Cancellations made 6 weeks or more before the wedding: 75% of the total fee will be charged.
Cancellations made 
4 weeks or less before the wedding: 100% of the total fee will be charged.

Changes to Booking:
        Additions: Additional people may be added to the booking if time and resources permit. Additional charges will apply. Payment for last-minute additions must be made via bank transfer on the wedding day.

Reductions:

·      4 weeks or less before the wedding: No refund will be provided for any reductions once the full balance has been paid.

5. FORCE MAJEURE:
In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, or other acts of God, Viv Woodford Hair will not be held responsible for non-fulfilment of services. The Bride is encouraged to obtain wedding insurance to cover these events.


6. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS:
In the event of an emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstance, the Stylist will notify the Bride as soon as possible. The Stylist will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable substitute or reschedule services, if possible. If the Stylist is unable to fulfil their obligations, the Bride's liability for payment will be limited to the services rendered up to that point.


7. LIABILITY AND EQUIPMENT:
Venue Damage: Viv Woodford Hair is not liable for any damage to the venue or other property. Any hazards must be pointed out by the Bride or venue staff before setup.
Client Liability: The Bride is responsible for any damage to Stylist’s property, including equipment and tools, caused by guests or other third parties.
Supervision of Children: Children must be supervised at all times to avoid injury from hot tools and sharp objects.
Substitution of Stylist: In the case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, the Stylist may be replaced by another trusted professional. Every effort will be made to provide an equally qualified replacement.
Hair and Scalp Conditions: The Bride and bridal party are responsible for disclosing any known hair and scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities (e.g., to hair products, dyes, or styling tools) before the styling starts.
The Stylist is not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries caused by undisclosed conditions or sensitivities.


8. ONSITE CONDITIONS:
Venue Requirements: The Bride must ensure the venue provides a clean, well-lit, and adequately ventilated area for the Stylist to work.
Power Supply: The Stylist requires access to a reliable power source for styling tools. If the venue is unable to provide one, the Bride is responsible for ensuring that a suitable alternative is arranged prior to the event.


9. IMAGE USE AND MARKETING:
By signing this agreement, the Bride gives permission for Viv Woodford Hair to use photographs taken by the photographer (where applicable and allowed) or the Stylist for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes. If the Bride or any member of the bridal party does not want their image used, they must notify the Stylist on the wedding day. The Bride may opt-out of specific uses such as social media posts or blog features upon request.
Under 16’s: Verbal consent will be asked from the parents/guardians of any minor(s) for the use of their images.
